Medical & Health Services Manager
Location: Glendale, CA
Salary: $101,000 annually

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical & Health Services Manager to
join our organization.

Job Description:
● Supervise the treatment of the patients and assess the quality of the
provided treatment.
● Organize and supervise the patients’ intake process.
● Assign and supervise the nurses’ collection of the information from the
patient.
● Assign and supervise the intake specialists to review and input the patient’s
information into the system.
● Contact doctors and nurse practitioners to organize the intake process of
the new patients.
● Assign and supervise the intake specialists’ to coordinate with the doctors,
nurse practitioners, and nurses to organize the patient treatment by nurses
based on the doctors’ and/or nurse practitioners’ instructions.
● Assign and supervise the medical secretaries’ information collection process
from the patients.
● Develop work schedules and assign duties to the intake staff and the nurses.
Direct and conduct recruitment, hiring, and mentorship of the staff.
● Use medical software and information systems.
● Handle complaints from patients and resolve staff disputes.
● Inspect and recommend modifications and updates to the medical
equipment.
