Medical & Health Services Manager Location: Glendale, CASalary: $101,000 annuallWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical & Health Services Manager to join our organization.Job Description:Supervise the treatment of the patients and assess the quality of the provided treatment.Organize and supervise the patients’ intake process.Assign and supervise the nurses’ collection of the information from the patient.Assign and supervise the intake specialists to review and input the patient’s information into the system.Contact doctors and nurse practitioners to organize the intake process of the new patients.Assign and supervise the intake specialists’ to coordinate with the doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses to organize the patient treatment by nurses based on the doctors’ and/or nurse practitioners’ instructions.Assign and supervise the medical secretaries’ information collection process from the patients.Develop work schedules and assign duties to the intake staff and the nurses.
